Bento Box with Peanut Butter and Medjool Date Cracker Bites

Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter and Date Cracker Bites – Bite-sized multigrain crackers, creamy peanut butter and sliced Natural Delights Medjool dates

  • Sliced cucumbers

  • Cheese squares - any mild cheese such as brick, colby, white cheddar, muenster, havarti or gruyere

  • Kiwi and blueberry salad - sliced kiwi and blueberries

Preparation

  1. Place the Date Cracker Bites, sliced cucumbers, cheese squares, and the kiwi and blueberry salad on a plate, in a bento box or in small containers for an on-the go lunch.

Notes

  1. Can be made ahead of time for school lunches. Be sure to store in the fridge or with ice packs.

  2. To lower the fat content, use any reduced fat cheese.
