Medjool Date, Pear and Brie Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 ripe pear, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

  • 227 g Brie cheese, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

  • 4 small wooden, bamboo or cocktail skewers

Preparation

  1. Thread 2 dates, 2 pear cubes and 2 Brie cubes on each skewer.

Tip: Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with snipped basil.
