1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 head butter lettuce, torn into pieces
1/2 cup Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted and sliced (about 5 dates)
2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
Pour balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer until vinegar has reduced to about 1/3 of a cup. Set aside and cool to room temperature.
Toss the lettuce, dates, strawberries and oranges together in large salad bowl. Top with goat cheese and drizzle with the balsamic reduction.
