Summer Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (180 ml) almond milk 
  • 3 Natural Delights Medjool dates
  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen raspberries 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • ½ cup (75 g) fresh raspberries 
  • ½ mango, diced 
  • 2 tbsp. (20 g) almond slices 
  • ⅓ cup (50 g) blueberries 
  • coconut powder for garnish

Preparation

Add the almond milk, Medjool dates, frozen raspberries and frozen banana to a blender. Pulse until smooth (about 3-4 minutes).

Pour into a bowl and top with fresh raspberries, mango dices, almond slices and blueberries by creating a pattern or just sprinkling randomly. Add a flavour boost with a sprinkling of coconut powder on top. Serve chilled
