Spicy Jalapeño and Chipotle Cheese Stuffed Medjool Dates


  • 4 Natural Delights Medjool dates

  • 2 tbsp. light cream cheese, softened

  • 3/4 tsp. tinned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced

  • 1 tsp. minced jalapeño peppers

  • Snipped fresh cilantro to taste


  1. Make a small slit in the top of each date and carefully remove the pit.

  2. Stir together the cream cheese and chipotle peppers, adding additional adobo sauce to taste. Spoon the mixture into the dates.

  3. Sprinkle with the jalapeño peppers and cilantro.

Serve immediately.
